Overview
From Paula Curtis Collection[1]: The Japanese Studies Events Database was created in response to the Covid-19 pandemic and the shift to online event programming undertaken at institutions and programs worldwide. Its aim is to assist individuals interested in learning about and attending public events and universities, as well as institutes and programs looking to share “local” events with a broad constituency and further promote opportunities for intellectual engagement and community-building. Users can view all upcoming events or search for events by keyword, institution, speaker, and other categories.
